Objectives Clayton recognizes cooling systems are a critical part of your facilities operations, corrosion, scaling, fouling and microbiological growth in your cooling systems can impact your bottom line in many different ways. Clayton develops relationships with your staff and cares in helping you extend the life of your capital equipment investments and maintain proper heat transfer efficiencies of your cooling system(s). Clayton objectives are to: 1. Provide a proper water treatment program at a competitive price. 2. Minimize energy, water and chemical consumption through improved heat transfer efficiency. 3. Reduce maintenance costs associated with equipment replacement and tower cleanings caused by poorly executed water treatment programs. 4. Identify any Health or Safety concerns that come with the operation of a cooling system(s). 5. Provide professional and technical support to help assure a successful water treatment program.

Product Line/Programs Clayton Industries offers a full line of proven proprietary chemical formulations addressing the corrosion, scale and biological needs of your cooling system(s). Clayton offers water treatment programs which are either a more traditional technology (liquid program) or the new ‘state of the art’ Smart Release technology (canister/flow program). Clayton offers automated equipment which help control proper blowdown and allow parameters to be stabilized to help assure a clean cooling system(s). Services Clayton Chemical Sales Engineers conduct on-site surveys to tailor water treatment programs to help assure and maintain the integrity of the cooling system(s). Clayton provides proactive technical support to helps assure the recommended water treatment programs are being managed properly. Our Chemical Sales Engineers conduct routine on-site evaluations to help verify recommended parameters are being maintained allowing the cooling tower(s) to remain corrosion, scale and biologically free.
